Left me feeling like a basically have a retail/fulfillment person on my team so I'm a big fan and would recommend giving them a shot, especially if you're in a similar position as I was: Needing to furnish an STR quickly and cost-efficiently. 

@Dustin Horner you should be contracting maintenance work and creating a preferred list of vendors as @Phillip Austin has recommended.The first person you hire to help you should be to handle what you LEAST like to do yourself or has the greatest time savings for you!

Personally (as a STR-focused REALTOR), I would never give you numbers and tell you you can hit them. 

I like to talk to people when I get out of the car and I think I can get a feel for things better in person.

That will be the best spot to meet an investor friendly agent in person or at least meet other investors in your markets that can help connect you to the right agents.

Without any form of credible references this person may care less about you and are only interested in the sale, which would be your problem after.

It’s a balancing act of controlling costs while also controlling risk of personal injury to your tenants and property visitors as well as maintaining goodwill with all involved at the properties. 

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

So...Assuming we're considering the advantages for American's to invest in Japan, I personally think it only makes sense in a select few situations.
