Is it possible that SFR (single-family rental) cap rates may have substantial differences between counties or subdivision within the city perimeter versus outer city perimeter, i.e Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas or Tampa which have high competition, high value of homes sold but low rents?

I live on the north-end of Atlanta but do most of my investing inside the city-perimeter.

It's important to glue around the perimeter and across the floor about every 10', especially when you have a long stretch like you see running from the front door all the way down the living room. 

Also, if your property slopes hard onto someone else’s property, it would benefit you to install some perimeter erosion controls.

Had I not driven by at that time, I probably never would have figured out why there was going to be ice all over the bottom half of the driveway from the 2nd year of ownership on because I had never thought to take before pictures of the perimeter of the yard.
