The ideal table saw setup is a large open area with a big table and space for infeed and outfeed rollers.Now, if you're building cabinets, furniture or doing fancy(ish) woodworking projects, a table saw is a good tool. 

Furnish it with Ikea quality furniture, add a desk and WiFi and you are a"business friendly" listing. 

He said he will want his luggage, BMW, and some furniture shipped here before he moves in (at HIS expense.)

Those are pretty common and enclosing it brings other problems like good luck getting furniture or appliances in or out.

Nothing exciting here but one of my fears is that a quest's dog will get sprayed by a skunk at our VR in the country and it will get in the house, ruining the carpet & furniture, lol.
