@Sheena Lee My tenants do payroll deduction or deposit at a kiosk...I've never had a problem with issuing the account numbers...My bank card just got cancelled because my Amazon Prime membership renewed and the bank didn't recognize it.

@David Lee Hall, IIIWhen people use auto responders through meet up groups or others; you have to see if they have dont funding in your area and the state. 

@Lee GriffIf you call a place your primary residence for 2 years within a 5 year window, you will not have to pay any capital gains on the profit.
