There are three large federal prisons.

Projections are that it will lower our jail and prison population and might even lower the alcoholism rate.

It's a good location with the military base, federal prison, and state prisons along with its proximity to the Kansas City area.If you would be interested, I could oversee the day to day activities, make sure the project is moving forward and keep you updated. 

I should also add that there are 3 prisons in the area, contributing to a higher than average crime rate.  

That equity can disappear as quickly as the newspaper can print "City Plans to Build Maximum Security Prison in 2016".

The Stanford Prison Experiment elicited a similar telling.
