One that I'm getting close (hopefully) to the end of, was a flip that was a public nuisance property with two lots on either side full of junk (like 10 dumpsters worth..)There was great opportunity with the house, but we bought the other lots as well and cleaned them up (as no one would ever buy the house with those lots filled with junk).

The meters, bills, old permits (should be available through the city planning), the appraisals, etc.Most appraisers check with the city on permits and non-conforming use while doing their research. 

If it's a larger debt, I would not offer cash for keys.Yes it is for non payment  

I actually like Spam though.Health care is both very inexpensive and for higher end issues, non-existent. 

You need some sort of insurance that covers non-owner occupied properties, whatever it might be called.

How is the appeal process like, and has anyone had success or non-success with the appeal? 

My question is if it is legal to charge late rent fees just the same as you would for a non section 8 tenant.
