This system will work until I get to full capacity with managing the properties, but I'd like to initially do this until I reach critical mass, and as a way of gaining additional equity in a transaction.  

To be clear, I am not a fan of theirs, particularly after they started muscling in on short sales, but they are legit.

A restraining order is covered under Mass General Law Chapter 209a and it is an order that protects someone from being abused by a current or former member of the household or family, and/or that the parties have been in a dating relationship. 

He's done worked for large hedge funds in mass volumn and is licensed and insured. 

My thought would be to later utilize the land as one mass for rebuilding.Thanks

Pure numbers don't look bad....And maybe look at some details like property condition (so no major outlays early for capital projects), your home base makes me think college, so are these empty each summer or is there mass competition for students (which can be management challenges).

In Houston the "slums" are seeing active construction and increasing government presence (beautification agendas, active city notices to clean up, etc.) as there is a mass movement for "urban living" within these areas 15 min or less to downtown/medical center.
