I quickly saw that path led to a long miserable 30-40 year career with little freedom and flexibility to find time to enjoy life and family.

Those bureaucrats can make your life miserable if they feel like it.

Only problem, I hate my job and it’s making me miserable.

I am living in an over priced miserable apartment and I would like to get out of it ASAP.About my local market: The area I live in (Asheville, NC) is a tourist/retirement hot spot.

Fire them immediately because they are supposedly managing this for you and failing miserably, your doing all the work and they are making multiple errors as you are too !

Here I am at 40+, My wife told me to bite the bullet and go back to school because you'll be miserable to live with going to work and not being happy.

Probability simply says you will get a few people that are interested in selling because simply a lot of people are miserable Not happy with their lives,  everyone needs money...So the leads you get are not because of filtering but just probability.Sorry to crush the dreams of list lovers.

@Kimberly Kesterke  those that throw around the slum lord term are usually 9- 5ers that have done nothing with there life but sit in a cubicle miserable .

Safe to say growing up I told myself I would never live that way but instead I would build wealth and not have to work a miserable job for the next 40 years or longer of my life and I feel extremely passionately about this.
