This is why the bank's background check focuses so heavily on your credit and income  when getting a non owner occupied residential loan and they are rather loose looking into you when you buy a large commercial property.

From then on, your are bound by the purchase contract with the owner, which you have apparently never seen.  

@Jennifer Beadles, @Christian Bors;  Made a few more calls today and found someone not bound by the seasoning period with 4.75% interest rate @ 70% LTV or 75% after the 6 mo.  

I think she wanted to cut it loose asap and move on with her life.  

What you have is some kind of a sink hole issue, where the dirt and concrete is not in contact, or the dirt is very loose that when the slab goes down, it has nothing to push back against it and concrete will sag/crack.

After you loose enough money it gets pretty easy to do.

The only downside is that i will be loosing on compound interest until i pay it back.

No issues now, but it's bound to happen eventually.My properties are all in Texas county, but I have no problem dealing with someone in either the West Plains or Springfield areas.

Depending on how much loose material it was a pain to empty .
