When you wholesale someone a deal you are selling it to an end user who will either flip it or hold it and either way they will have a formula or some numbers behind there logic.

Logic and everything I read says that offering the listing agent the full commission (i.e. not using a buying agent) should make your offer more attractive. 

The SEC might think that high income and net worth indicate that the investor is automatically smart at making investments but it's faulty logic in my opinion.

Is there software such as core logic that can give me data as far as home price and area growth, employment and home prices, rental prices so I dont have to rely on lazy agents who are not motivated.
