Yup and its a joke when you have these proclamations from those running for pres that they are going to magically accelerate construction.. they can do it if they want to pay 100% of it.. but if they expect the private sector that has to work through local zoning etc.. that aint happening and you cant force people to sell the land cheaper than they think its worth or can get on the open market just because we need starter housing.

The pay stubs can be hard copies or digital PDFs generated directly by your employer and sent via email; we cannot accept screen captures to verify income.Once your completed application materials have been received and it appears that you would meet our qualifying criteria, we would send you a link to perform a credit/criminal background check (this minor expense would be yours), and if those results come back acceptable, we would offer to proceed.

I believe that you don't get returns (failed to deliver) with bulk mailers so you don't know which addresses are bad.That's the simple stuff.My advice is to do various mailings that you or some prepares locally, that go out immediately, using 1st class postage.
