I have taught people for free how to obtain the leads, however, I do offer a product for people too lazy or too busy to be taught... that's besides the point... the topic was removed fro self promotion when I was simply giving really good information and personal experience.What's worse is that the moderator talked down upon me as an individual for trying to provide real value to the community.

I always tell them you need to have support from home... real estate at least in the transactional side tends to be a late afternoon nights and weekends gig.. make sure your sig other understands and is on board.. you cant really do real estate 9 to 5 and no weekends.. well you can maybe if you go commercial.. but not resi.. 

Visited in the early afternoon, flitted around with the lights for a bit, and made sure to turn everything off before I left.

Pros like us we know the market and price it takes two afternoons look at a few.

Good afternoon,I have clients that are currently interested in a triplex property and qualify without an issue but the property itself does not pass the FHA self-sufficiency test without one of the unit’s income, since it has to be owner occupied for FHA due to one of my clients having a foreclosure on their credit that won't be removed until March of next year.

I'm meeting with a  seller tomorrow afternoon of a 1400sqft 3/1 block home.
