The 2025 Philadelphia assessment hit really hard unfortunately the values that they assign him any properties are pretty accurate of what they're worth in fact, even a little bit lower sadly though, that makes your property taxes a lot higher and gives you a large jump from 2024.

Is that person still alive and practicing, or did the Bar Association assign another attorney or was his business taken by other partners?

If you have significant resources you can start on your own, if not partnering with someone who brings some local knowledge can accelerate and stabilize your journey. 

I was hopping to find a very knowledgeable attorney who can tell me exactly exactly what to do or not and be on the safe side of the law.
