These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

My interest in SLC is that I have family there and want to visit often, it is where the USA Climbing Training Center is which gets lots of visitors etc... 

From what I have read, most internet "gurus" suggest putting each property into its own LLC, 123 Main St.

But to answer question STR has worked great in towns with close proximity to train lines. 

Anybody can market a set of trust documents on the internet. 

Even though oddly enough, one of the counties i'm in requires landlords to take a 2 hours training class in order to qualify to accept their section 8 tenants.
