This means that if you were to use 50k from your credit cards, and your overall limit was 70K then your credit usage would be over 70% and that would bring your credit score down.

If government fails to do so (which they often fail to do) it is inappropriate illegal and unconstitutional to blame investment property owners & to seek to tax and regulate those private property owners to protect the "housing supply".

We have found that the vantage III score is by far the least friendly to high credit usage and the Fico 4 & 8 scores give more weight to lenght of credit history and on time payments (though those do take a hit as well-- just not as bad)
