Welcome @Lian Chavda You will find a wealth of info here on BP.I live in Grays Harbor County, about an hour and a half away from you.

It is unfortuante that I feel the need for such a strong lease, but the stream of renters who show interest in my properties are so largley the evicted, the bargain hunters or those with gray areas of history.
