Does having a real estate license hinder you from doing creative deals (wholesale, private financing, flips, etc) or help?

I did numerous deals before I had my license and it didn't hinder me.

In certain cases it can actually hinder the deal if you have a Realtor.

The reason I ask is because I don't have a credit record, I live abroad, I'm not a US person, so, this is completely hindering my ability to BRRRR.

She has the wrong mindset and can really hinder your future plans if she panics over spending Much money on real estate.

I am not sure how much not having a license will hinder me as opposed to being licensed, because if paying a licensed architect to sign the drawings is not too much of an obstacle I would prefer to not get my license since the process is very tedious and takes time.I highly appreciate anyone who would be kind enough to comment on my post, and I thank you very much in advance!

It hasn't hindered me or them.  

Retail buyers will stay away from title defects hindering your ability to sell.

ROI is around 20% so it wasnt a bad deal but I see now how no equity can really hinder growth.

I have wanted to go that route but the lack in "working for a company".. aka proof of experience hinders me as I see that is a requirement.
