China economy causes global recession due to hits in supply chains.

The global market is crazy right now, everything is teetering on the brink and could essentially fall in either direction.

Since they will have no personnel to pay, offer no customer service, and don't put an emphasis on closing in a reasonable amount of time then then have low overhead.  

I have no problem with borrowing on my HELOC to flip houses but my wife would like to own rental properties for cash flow...I can’t wrap my head around going into debt for a small amount of cash flow… I feel like the push here is so focused on growing Large to accumulate cash flow while putting very low emphasis on the risk of the debt that is also accumulating.

After these projects concluded and were sold, a decision was made by him in part due to financial stability (I still needed to work) created over last 2 years and cracks we began seeing in the global economy. 

Get started househacking and you'll be in a good spot regardless of what the global economy does.

A lot of emphasis will go into whether you'd like to be passive or active.

Major global conference mega-locations like Vegas have already announced no conferences rest of year. 

Now they have enough global cash flow and equity from the properties to keep getting lender loans even if their income is not that high maybe 80k a year or so.Then there are the doctors, tech space people, etc. that make very high incomes.

I realize that "minimal work" implies I can't force too much appreciation so I realize the emphasis really needs to be on finding a good deal -- hence why I'm interested in short sales.I was unsure if FHA financing could be used on short sale properties so thanks for that information.
