Quan, Plan, analyze, and find a property that makes sense for your cash flow number and figure out how many properties you need to become FI.   

I know that now would be a great time to Re-Fi because the rates are super low and the market is high.

Hello all, I have been digging pretty deep into the FI community for a little over 2 years and have made some good progress with that saving a lot of money and reading numerous books. 

With comp sci background, I tend to care about data privacy and such but then again, thinking practically most guest won't have a malicious intent.

My Lean FI Number was $3500 a month and we did that at 27 units last year and I quit my W2 job.Our financial freedom number is $7000 a month and I think it’ll take 60 buy and hold units to get there. 

Just wondering if anyone out there has reached FI before the age of 30.
