Happy Friday What are your numbers?
My Lean FI Number was $3500 a month and we did that at 27 units last year and I quit my W2 job.
Our financial freedom number is $7000 a month and I think it’ll take 60 buy and hold units to get there.
We’re currently at 46 units that we bought to hold with a bunch more that will be flips.
Hoping to get to get the $7000 a month from our buy and hold buy the end of 2021.
