The other thing that HD does it they tie your HD Commercial Card to Shell for gas rewards and you can get 1% of all Home Depot Purchases available as free gas. ie, spend $100 at HD and get $.10 per gallon at Shell gas stations.

We had one spring a leak in the middle of winter (just a pinhole) gallons came out but the tenant got buckets under it and it was $2500 for replacement with a roth double wall tank and removal of old tank.

I suggest finding out the capacity in gallons and the heat output measured in BTU's, and do some research to find out if it's sufficient.
