Those are the ones that either hustled a long time ago and are enjoying the fruit of their labor or they're living off a pension, spouses income, no debt, and other advantages you haven't earned yet.

Just make sure it's a fruitful tree and not the first one you find.

You may want to claim the tips for 2 years and pay the required tax so you can reap the fruits of those first time home buyer programs.

At the end of the day, is the juice worth the squeeze? 

Fix and flip is too risky, dealing with contractors sucks, and the juice isn't worth the squeeze, if you ask me.

Really just seeking people who can share ideas and for fruitful relationships in REI.

When you aren't an established contractor, it seems the only sub-contractors you can get charge way too much or they are the low hanging fruit and do shotty work.

Probably many of these areas worldwide will prove fruitful over the long term as people gain wealth, health, and education.
