I have been nose deep in several books so far, 1 being BiggerPockets own Brandon Turners “The Book On Rental Property Investing”, a lot of great advice and plans on beginning the journey in to real estate.

I'm glad she's finally famous for something worthwhile; takes the attention away from that nose of hers haha. 

Land prices "peaked in 2006, 2007", and then land prices "nose-dived".

Any thoughts or feedback will be appreciated, without a doubt, real estate market has and will continue to be impacted, but do you feel the commercial real estate market has taken a nose dive or a starting a downswing cycle, will this be damage be temporary or permanent?

My concern is if I take him to court how do I prove that they are smoking pot when in fact it is my own nose and certainly will be that of tenants below them by the next week if they don't stop.Thanks for your input and yes we are in Missouri

I casually asked the property manager of the neighboring home but she gave me a quick "No". Seeing

In a pinch, I can push it late, but much past midnight, and I might as well be typing with my nose or writing with my toes.

So if you can find the source of the smell with a blacklight  or your nose, try it.  

Hard to get the stair noses so order in advance.
