Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of excellent spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.

I think at this point two years later he has quite a bit of reviews but most of them are just reviews of the program not saying how much money they've made using it but I would like to know how much the fee he was asking for the course is I'm interested in taking it because he does have some excellent information and 30 years experience

Unfortunately most investors believe their excel spreadsheet will provide all the answers but I recommend combining your pro-forma with a greater emphasis on physical interaction with the properties and more importantly neighborhoods where you decide to invest.
