Although, I don't really rent to recent college graduates.The kitchen is kind of dated so it doesn't really appeal to women and their families where the wife makes the decision so I don't know if the whole school thing would be a factor.

As far as women investors, I'm not one so I'm not even going to act like I have a clue if it's more difficult to do or not, but I can tell you that there are plenty of very successful women in real estate so it's definitely doable.
