Hello Bigger Pockets family. My name is John and I'm originally from Greenville, SC but reside in Clarksvillen, TN. I'm here to build mutually beneficial relationships, acquire knowledge, and get started in the real estate business. I'm really looking forward to conversing with many of you and seeking the guidance of pros on this site.

I current serve in the US Army and have done so for the last 11 years. I love the Army and the people I work with, but my passion is real estate. I will do real estate and am committed beyond all doubt to make this my profession.

After reading some of the suggestions pertaining to introducing myself, I see that more information is better. So a bit more about me...I've been married for 8 years to the love of my life. My priorities in life are God, my family, work, and friends. As stated earlier, I love the Army. I've been on 4 combat tours with a bunch of awesome men and women. When I'm not working or spending time with my wife, I'm reading, researching, reflecting, or working out. As far as real estate goes, I really want the ability to do it all...rehabing, single and multi family rental properties, and developing small communities in emerging cities.
