Yes i know it’s crazy high but they choose to pay me rather then car and cell phone because my fee is so high.  

The concept holds a lot of promise, but creates administrative complexity and has not been fully tested in the courts to ensure the promised cell segregation.

I personally believe that times are changing and you need to focus on advertising and getting directly to the owner on their cell phone.
