Some towns require a nightly online form to be filled out for any non-residents who are parking their cars (this is easily automated from an operational standpoint).As the MTR market becomes saturated over time, those who have separated themselves from the rest of the "competition" will continue to perform well by having an outstanding listing and all the MTR-specific amenities.

This is expensive but you'll have a place to work and meet with people when you're in town that matches your online presence.

I'd rather have a property remain vacant to I can spend time cleaning up and getting it ready and back-online so it could be available for someone else to rent.

Then your only worry is don’t lose money and earn a positive return.

So, this whole "you must live in the property for 1 year" claim that we see online seems to be completely baseless.

If you’re looking to make real estate your new job and to earn cash now to use and live on like a job, then go for cash flow.

They have a form you can fill out and submit, might be able to do it online depending on the city.  

Many newcomers spend their first few years working under a sponsoring broker, and during that period, the broker often earns a significant portion of the revenue.
