The domain I want/desire is good, but costs $3k.

If you have pointers to any public domain documents I could copy or other advice, that would be greatly appreciated!

We bought a duplex that needed a significant amount of work in a less than desirable area (it looks less than desirable, but it's a really hot neighborhood right now since it's less than 2 miles from the Domain) - and we ended up doing most of the work ourselves, with subcontracting out a few jobs.

Apart from the security deposits and rent issues, I noticed that the seller's agent had the same domain name in her email as the seller.

I guess ParagonsOfVirtue.com was already taken as a domain name when this website was founded.

I've never heard the debate on which records are most appropriate in the public domain - but it seems to me that without a good reason otherwise, transparency is a good thing.I love your area of the country for its natural beauty.
