Domain I want is priced high, worth the investment longterm?

Greetings all....First, my name is Corban, new member on BP. I am in Albuquerque, New Mexico and currently have one rental that is cash flowing nicely. Looking to Flip and do BRRRR model type investments.

I have a little background in websites, and am looking to build a website for my investing. I like my company name, and have already gone the LLC route. The domain I want/desire is good, but costs $3k. There are versions of this name with "-" or adding local to it like "505" "abq" or "nm". However, I am trying to think longterm, and don't plan to only invest in New Mexico or Albuquerque. Knowing that a website and domain can be a powerful thing, my question is this...

For someone just kinda getting starting, is investing $3k of my initial investing money in a domain for my website realistically good idea?

I appreciate any and all feedback.
