Just out of curiosity I pulled an old thread from 2 years ago, with raving reviews of Norada, and was shocked to discover that people invested $50K-$100K knowing that they were buying just a piece of paper (promissory Note), with no assets to secure their investment.

They list only either the opening bid for the property they are auctioning off ($50,000) or they don't list a number at all3.
