I’m currently deployed but I’ve been looking at webinars and seeing if there’s get togethers in or around Austin since I’m stationed at FT.

The guy or gal with a pocket full of cash ready to deploy will capitalize at some point.

Of course, I keep separate brokerage accounts for cash I set aside and ready to be deployed into new investments.

@Bob Foglia I would Invest in large syndications with tried and true operators this is a passive way to make some serious returns depending on the amount of capital you have to deploy, On a smaller scale I would probably consider a Joint Venture with someone in a market you're interested in.

If you're simply looking to make your money/networth work as hard as possible for you, it'd be a good time to sell and deploy the earnings elsewhere. 

I would agree to sell and deploy the equity on a place with less severe rehab challenges.

I was in a hurry to deploy my equity money, but my team stopped me in time.

Could that money be better deployed as a down payment on a rental? 

I was a pro 2 years ago, I was excited, driven, had everything sorted out, then I got deployed for 6 months, came back to the states and had no job.
