Store will deliver and install and it will take them a week to go there (they are backed up etc etc).

I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

They want to deliver so if they aren't seeing a match, there is no reason to waste anyone's time or money. 

I think the value from Toby is the combinations of that he and his partners who understands tax, law and actively participate the things that he/they said.What needs to make sense is if the value they provide offset their cost and if they can really deliver the end result as planned.   

He directed me to the City to have the building address added to receive mail and for this I would have to apply with the City for having an additional unit constructed (i.e. applications, permits, etc.) as mail can only be delivered to a dwelling (rather than a building).

I want both units delivered vacant as both units are a total mess and need a complete overhaul (new flooring, new bathrooms, kitchen, adding a washer/dryer/ etc).

It took less than 1 week to get them delivered to the store and another 2 days for shipping to site.

I want to ask the seller to deliver that unit vacant.
