Pizza sounds excellent, I have heard Tony's Pizza is good in LC.Let me know what day/time is decided and I'll try to be there.  

But when you hear that there are a bunch of people on porches and they stare at you and agent does not feel safe to get out of the car... and that's at day time!

Your Realtor representative can usually provide you with a recommendation for an exchange company.The IRS states there is a 45 day time limit between the sale of your property and identifying possible replacement properties.

Most are once/week for 12 weeks, and you have choices of daytime, evening and weekend times.Once you pass your exam, you are required to "hang your license" with a broker - which basically means you need to join an office - before you can officially become registered w/the state and practice real estate.

I work about 50 hours per week at my daytime job. 

My daytime gig is buying/liquidating industrial parks and factories.

If you work with investors in the day time selling them stock or insurance or whatever, and then tell different investors at night and on weekends to invest in real estate that probably makes some conflict of interest for them. 

I wouldn't personally worry about walking up and down the street (at least in the daytime), but it does look like a bit of a rough area to me.
