I‘m thinking of continuing to monitor the balancd closely (I requested the PM provide weekly updates on the outstanding balance, which they have) and as long as it doesn‘t grow too much, give her a chance to get caught up.

Yes, there are some growing pains due to the incredible growth, but those go away pretty quickly because of the outstanding leadership.I'm not sure about turnover rates.

Depending on the state, you're responsible for the total payoff including the entire outstanding balance, arrears and legal costs. 

So I think they know this and have decided to just ignore our emails and request to pay the outstanding invoice (which they would be getting away with much less than the damages they have caused and put on us).
