It seems to me that you should have some sort of recourse against the family you leased to, as well as the ability to remove people squatting on the property without your consent.

Hi all,  and thanks ahead of time ...I was told by a 7-figure earner in the online marketing (not notes specifically or even REI) space over the last 15 years personally yesterday that it's strictly illegal to text a person withOUT their consent. 

It's not an automatic "done deal" however.Unanimous consent is off the table in the Senate as Senator Ted Cruz isn't happy the House version of the bill omits a provision that allows 529 plan funds to be used for home school expenses. 

One concerning point is that the contract states the number of units in the apartment, and that the lessor shall not reduce the number of living units without prior written consent.

They have value solely through consent - the same as any other currency (including Dollars, Rubles, Yen and Bitcoin).     

You can sign the purchase agreement together, or just one of you can sign, so long as the contract incorporates the right for you to assign it to yourself and another investor(s), or some LLC or other entity prior to closing, and without the requirement of the Seller consenting to such an assignment.

I figure the realtor can do that legwork.I am guessing the trustee would be empowered to enter into contract with the consent of the beneficiaries.
