Become a syndication Co- GP by either putting  up the escrow funds or by raising money for the true GP  where you receive 1% of the GP share of project upside, then create website and social media marketing  materials where you hold yourself out as THE GP for the syndication. 5.

Speak with lenders about your options and begin speaking with possible partners or co-signers.

You need to hire a PM, co ASAP, 

Call customer service with a local title insurance company and ask for a trio (printout, map and deed).If all you are wanting is the name of the owner the title co should just give you that verbally.

I only consider a cosigner/guarantor is that person is "collectible".
