I typically advise investors to wait until after closing before quitclaiming a property into their LLC.

However, I live close-by (30 minute drive), recently retired from my day-job, and if the loan is not too large, I might be willing to do a deal just to learn a bit more about another side of RE.  

We own 10 homes, but all the rest are traditional leases and are also close to our primary home in the Lake Norman area (all w/in 30m).
