Just for clarity, you wrote; When you put your property in an llc , do you make sure that everything is in the Llc’s name (Insurance, mortgage, all the lease and rental paperworw, etc.), define "put".By this do you mean buying the property in your name then "putting" it into an LLC via a QC, or are you referring to buying the property in the name of your LLC?
