I may get badgered here, and I apologize if this may be seen as politically incorrect, but good for you... this is the exact thing we see in the bible, and in our church all the time; people who messed up, cleaned up, and were given another chance.

Have you ever had a Real Estate investing "epiphany" or idea that you shared with someone only to have them shoot holes in it? What was it? We're they right?

- remove existing tile - remove drywall in surround and window area to the ceiling - replace drywall with hardibacker redgard hardibacker large porcelain tiles (16x16, 12x24) with smallest grout spacing possible- highest quality caulk that is mildew-resistant - tile floors, 4" base/behind/beside toilet, in addition to tub surround all the way to ceiling - angle tiles away from block window - re-install shower curtain rod  - replace fan/light with higher-performance model with humidity sensor - inspect fan ventiliation to confirm vent going through ceiling - inspect bath, sink, toilet plumbing and waste drainpipes - add quarter turn water shut-off valve - replace bath fixtures to single stem handle - replace bath drain with grid drain

Currently I am trying to just get them to meet but they shut down the call after you mention anything about their home.

The maintenance man cannot shut off his phone in case there is an actual emergency.

100% a fact, bases do get shut down and if you chose a base with an obsolete mission then you must have not done your research.

Barring another Great Depression that shuts down the big banks or worse, I think having a big enough nest egg will allow weathering almost any storm.  

After a few more appeals she finally lost but continues to file appeals that the court system keeps shutting down.

I told my attorney just shut up.. we will pay the fine..
