In aneffort of good faith, Sellers are willing to offer a credit of $2500.00 in order to payfor any corrected zoning, which may or may not include: Architecturalplans/drawings; engineering requirements and any costs for re-zoning.

You can probably still rescind those offers if needed prior to sending EM, but not the best way to conduct business in good faith.

Whether a NYS/NYC judge or official will carry out those laws and rights and options in good faith (and in due time) is another story.In any event, I would urge the OP to follow your advice.

This would go against the landlord making a good faith effort to rent his house, but my friend does not have this in writing. - The AC went out shortly after (maybe right before) they moved out and the landlord has refused to fix it which has led to showings of the house at 90 degrees. 

I lost faith in most of them unless they specialize in RE.

We are looking into sheltering, work program, faith based programs, financial program. 

@Stephanie Ro To be honest I would either have to say a seller who did not have enough faith that the FHA loan would close on time or at all might be one reason. 

I was working with a faithful and very diligent property investor here in South Jersey.

TLDR: Creditor made zero true effort to contact me to settle a debt I couldn't have reasonably known about. I want the information off my credit report. Need advice on fighting it.
