There are condos in Vegas casinos that they will rent out like hotel rooms when you don't use them. 

I would suggest putting filing of the POC in the #1 slot. 

This group meets monthly (except for July, August, and December) on the last Tuesday of every month at Wyoming Valley Church, located in the Dolphin Plaza on Route 315 between the Woodlands and the Casino. 

The CD was so far delayed that our time slot was up and the title agent had to go to another closing.

We have 8 available slots for tenant names, but the building can have approx 16-18 tenants when full.

Generally one use at a time, with exceptions.Then the first "easy" 1 to 4 conventional mortgage slots have easier financing, lower interest, lower down payment requirements, and lower reserve requirements.Next are the harder 5-10 mortgage slots.
