Impressed with Square Appointments

We listed a rental this week and demand was extraordinary.  When I realized I was risking too many people coming to the house at one time, I searched for a free scheduling app. 

Square Appointments to the rescue.  I sent everyone already scheduled to see the house a link where they could select a specific 10 minute slot during which to visit.  I expected some drop off with that friction, but every single person signed up.  

Bonus: Square will send them text messages asking them to confirm their appointment and I think it sends reminders as well.  

I won’t handle this manually ever again, even if there isn’t crushing demand.  This has been awesome.  Highly recommend it for your DIY toolbox.
