@Cassidy Burns  Hi Cassidy, I know what you mean, it's frustrating when you want to get started but there are obstacles in your life preventing you from doing so.  

If you are new at this it is worth the cost of paperwork rather then the expensive cost of a hard lesson learned and getting burned.

Every time I've attempted to deviate from such a business model, and my incentives have gotten out of alignment with the provider, I've gotten burned.

If current fed gov't plans keep rolling in the same direction, well in WI we burn lots of coal right now, they want to just kill that off sooner or later and that's not good for our future rates and one bit of useless trivia I know is that IL has more nuclear plants than any other state, not sure where that concept is headed after what happened in Japan, but I doubt it will help to lower costs for nuke plants!

Find a local small contractor that specializes in water damage and get them to bid the project making it crystal clear that it's you paying and not the fat wallet insurance company.

There are plenty of ways to burn an unsecured borrower under predatory dealings where you lender lacks knowledge and was "talked into acting".

They are following instructions, but some things just don't convey so I'm back to finding a strategy that allows me to invest wide without burning out.
