Several have told me that they do the same thing, but with single family homes, though my focus is multifamily.One or two have been negative, but I just brush it off.

As for painting, don't buy cheap brushes or roller covers. 

That way, you pay the lender(s) directly without getting new financing.You'll get a lot of static about "due on sale".

I would not recommend brush painting them, my mother did that and you can see the brushstroaks, which again, doesnt look extremlely modeen.

I know a lot of accountants that can't use a tooth brush, let alone a paint brush.

If you are after fairly static content and just to have a presence, this way may be for you.

I have a Pfister "brushed nickel" vanity light in my own bath that has rusted out, they just couldn't be bothered to put a thick enough plate on it.

@Andrew LinThe first determination you need to make before selecting a provider is which type of plan will best suit your needs.A self-directed IRA custodian/administrator is best if you will be making a singular more static investment with a relatively low dollar amount. 

Also what do you think about replace the door knobs with the same brush aluminum ones above?
