You can estimate those amounts by using the Franklin County Auditors page, looking up the property, then clicking on "quick links" in lower left hand column, and calculating taxes based on a future value.Best of luck!

When I use the Hamilton County Auditor's site to recalculate property tax, it tells me that the taxes are going to go from the current $66,000 to $126,000.

I'm in Indiana, and there are notice requirements within 6 months of the auction, notice requirements after the 1-year redemption period has ended, optional (but often a good idea) payment of property taxes during the redemption period, recording of title search/notice expenses with the county, a court hearing, and then submitting a court order to the county auditor.

Hey @Ryan Moore your old agent should be able to reinstate your old policy depending on the time frame. the agent may have used information off the county auditor site which could have frame construction.

I know that I can simply quit claim the properties to the LLC, however this leaves a trail on the auditor website for my county, which would show that I transferred a property via quit claim to an LLC for $0... which makes it pretty clear that the LLC belongs to me.
