Hello BP,

I'm looking for average rates of property insurance and property taxes for rental properties in Columbus, OH 43206. I'm looking at 4 unit, 2 bed 1 ba, 6,160sg/ft

Also, if anyone has property in the area and would be willing to share how much they pay for monthly expenses(gas, water/sewer and garbage) per month that would be great.
