All transactions involving your 401k must be 'arms length'. 

Well-maintained sidewalks not only improve the aesthetics of the property, but they also protect inhabitants' safety and convenience.

But, I agree that there is not enough chasing away or direct questioning of people who post questionable stuff, and I think it is easier to be just plain old mean from behind the safety of anonymity. 

This inspection is normally just a formality looking for health and safety issues.
