I’d think our markets are mostly apples to apples.

This could get pretty grey in some areas and all it takes is one bad apple out of all your properties to make you wish you had never done this. 

I used RAM Construction for a deck in Apple Valley and they did a really nice job.

Additionally, last I heard, Apple is building a smaller campus a mile or two away from our condo's location.

Also, when many people compare electric to gas they are only looking at the gas bill and that is apples to oranges because a central gas unit also uses electricity to push the air around.

Hi Napat,Make sure you are comparing Apples to Apples.For instance is the Contractor going to use Owens Corning Synthetic Underlayment, or X mil plastic sheeting or tar paper, or nothing because he believes (for instance) hail damage is less with nothing under the shingles, and the Ownes Corning guy is going to use the Owens Corning Synthetic Underlayment (???)
