No idea on Zillow algorithm's? 

Hi all,Does anyone have any experience using companies like KBKG who offer cost segregator calculators and algorithm to determine condo cost segregation from empirical data?

.: Computer algorithms are good for evaluating a market in general, but they won't accurately predict performance of a specific property due to variables that don't fit into a spreadsheet.

If Zillow is using a loosely targeted algorithm to value the property, Zillow will probably overvalue.

Zillow is just an algorithm, and doesn't pay attention to the entirety of the home value.

The algorithms for the website search engine may turn up all delinquent taxes as "pre-foreclosure".

I assume the site uses an algorithm to negotiate, is this correct? 

As for all those other factors you have listed, they are very important but you need to put together an algorithm that you can understand so that you tract any trends. 

Rentometer is just an algorithm and it is not exact by any means.
